As with any health decisions, please consult with your trusted medical professional to determine compatibility with your personal situation if you are seeking a face mask to wear in relation to medical issues. We make no medical claims with regard to the usage of these masks.

• Choice of over ear elastic or over the head elastic straps designed to open the mask & fit on either side of the ear, eliminating the risk of hand to
  face contact when fitting or removing & stops masks slipping down the face & head when wearing. No need to have your hands anywhere near your face.
• WHO recommends each household member has 4 reusable masks. Wash your mask every single day. Do not use your mask day after day without washing.
• Orders processed & dispatched within 3-4 working days. We use NZ Post to courier tracked packages unless contactless pickup is specified when ordering.
• If you're choosing made to measure masks ensure you measure carefully. We suggest taking a photo of your measurements and sending to us so we can see you've measured correctly.
